FEASIBILITY ANALYSIS
The customer’s proposal is evaluated in terms of machining feasibility and required delivery time. We can work on one-off parts or make sample pieces by turning to trusted, external 3D design partners.
PRODUCTION
OZ is ISO 9001 certified, which is why every step of production is planned with precision and constantly monitored; in addition, only highly qualified personnel work in production, using high-quality materials and certified steel. Custom heat or electroplating treatments are available on request: this work is handled in cooperation with qualified external suppliers.
INSPECTION
Inspection is mainly conducted in the metrology room: it is here that the part is tested and verified for conformity to the project and is true to the technical drawing. For those who want the technical data, we can provide the dimensional report.
