The OZ production line.
1. Technical drawing
Supplied by the customer in PDF, DWG, IGS, STP formats.
2. CAD-CAM
A crucial phase to define each working step in detail, translating every machine movement into programming language.
3. Production
Creation of the part, with the supervision of an operator on board the machine and subsequent final inspection.
4. Treatments
The surface treatments are carried out by external companies and include galvanic, heat and aesthetic treatments.
5. Quality control
All the parts produced by OZ undergo a quality control.
6. Assembly and delivery
We are available to assist the customer during the assembly, and we deliver the parts on time and to the customer’s specifications.
